The process of finding the right expert for you is as follows:

• Simply supply your name and email address and create a password. An e-mail confirmation will be sent for security purposes. Once confirmed, you are ready to search for your expert.
• Go to our search box and enter your related information. Please be as descriptive as possible to locate the best possible match. Please also be sure to enter as many keywords that make your query unique, as this will help us identify the right experts for you.
• When you find experts that fit your criteria, simply click the ‘Contact Xpert’ box and a message will be sent from answerXchange to that expert informing them of your potential interest in hiring them.
• Contacted experts who believe they can help will then contact you via our internal message system.
• An experts reply back to you will automatically generate a discrete opportunity thread with-in our internal messaging and voice/video system that can only be seen by you and the expert. Our internal messaging and voice/video option is available allowing both parties a safe and efficient method to communicate.
• Both parties can then discuss the project to determine if financial and other parameters match and set an agreement.
• When an agreement is made between both parties, your project begins!

Experts can list their qualifications and experience on answerXchange free of charge. We will never take a percentage of your fees based on the work you do. 

The process to list your services is as follows:

• We suggest that you have all resumes, links, videos and other materials ready for easy uploading to your answerXchange profile.
• Go to our signup tab and click the signup page.

• Go through each section diligently and load your promotional materials at the appropriate sections in your profile. 
• Please be sure to enter all keywords that make you unique. This will help our search engine pick you as the right match with potential clients.

• Please take your time. Your profile is the main method for clients to decide whether you are the right match for their project. 

• When a client views your profile and desires to potentially work with you, they will send a contact request. The request notification will come from answerXchange to you via email and text message.
• If you are interested in the potential project, your reply will automatically generate a discrete opportunity thread with-in our internal messaging and voice/video system that can only be seen by you and the client. Our internal messaging and voice/video option is available allowing both parties a safe and efficient method to communicate.  
• Both parties can then discuss the project to determine if financial and other parameters match and set an agreement.

• When an agreement is made between both parties, the project begins!
